Unbleached flour [wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid], non-dairy chocolate chips [cane sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter], granulated brown sugar, non-alluminated baking powder, natural vanilla flavor, sea salt.
This box makes 12 muffins.
ALL YOU NEED IS:
1/3 cup melted margarine or oil*
1 cup rice milk**
Chocolate Chip Muffin Mix
1. HEAT oven to 400°F. We recommend using paper baking cups or greasing the bottom and sides of the muffin tin.
2. COMBINE margarine*, rice milk** and muffin mix in a bowl until mix is just combined. Mixture should be lumpy. Do not over mix. Fill each muffin cup 2/3 full with muffin mix.
3. BAKE 12 minutes or until the tops are golden brown. Let muffins sit for 10 minutes then place on a rack to cool.
