Our policy for refunds is replacement only—no cash refunds.
To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photographs that include any damage along with the best by date information from the packaging. Email this to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your replacement information and photos are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement.
If you are approved, then your replacement will be processed, and a representative will contact you for replacing the item(s).
